Can I resell disk space on my server?
Yes. Server disk space and web hosting can be resold. We call this subhosting. It is available beginning with our V-server product, and higher-level products.
How may hits will your servers handle?
You need not worry about it. We advertize unlimited traffic (hits) because even our lowest-scale web hosting servers support thousands of hits per day. For most customers this is not a problem. Should your server become very popular you may want to upgrade to the next level of service.
Can I upgrade my account?
Yes. At any time. And we charge no setup fee for the upgrade.
Do you design web pages?
We can recommend web page design companies to you, but we do not provide it ourselves. Contact our sales department for information.
Do you provide dial-up internet access?
We do not. You will need dial-up access, and it is available locally whereever you are through one of many ISPs (internet service providers). We specialize in web hosting and virtual servers, supporting web sites of all kinds for dial-up users.
Can my server be used for commercial purposes?
Yes, indeed! Many web sites hosted on our servers are there for commercial reasons. For serious commercial web sites we recommend our V-server, with secure capabilities and shopping or e-commerce package of your choice.
How do I contact you effectively for problem solutions?
We provide 24-hour email support 7 days a week for handling any problems you have in using our services. To make such contacts effective, include your user name (login name) and your domain name at the beginning of your message. Include exact information about your goal, your actions and any error message received.
Do you offer Secure Servers?
Yes. Secure Servers are important for those web site owners who need to receive credit-card or other private information on-line from their customers. We provide fully-secure servers compatible with most shopping and e-commerce packages.
How long does it take to set up an account?
This can be done almost immediately, once you complete our on-line signup process. Supplying valid credit-card information and a service agreement are the keys to quick setup.
Do you accept international orders?
Of course! Though we are a US-based company, we have customers worldwide.
Do you offer technical support to customers?

Where can I learn HTML?
Many books, tutorials and web sites can give you help in learning HTML. We suggest you place an internet query at one of the major search-engine sites. Use a phrase something like this: "how can I learn HTML?"
Is more disk (web) space available?
By several methods! Usually you will find adequate disk space comes with your server. Additional space can be purchases with your existing server by contacting us. Another method is to upgrade to the next level of service. See our pricing pages.

Can you help me create my web page?
Unfortunately, we have the technical ability but our time does not allow it. We will be glad to recommend competent people or businesses that can assist you. Please contact our sales staff.
Do your servers provide web site statistics?
In many ways! See our sample statistic-presentation page for a simple beginning. Many other products are available, both commercially and freely. Just do a search on the internet. Our servers support almost any of these products.
What do I name my main web page?

How can I promote my web site and make it "visible" to potential customers?
This a matter of advertising. We suggest you begin by including in your pages carefully chosen terms and phrases pertinent to your business or web site. This will allow search engines which access your site to accurately reflect your interests on the internet. Secondly, you will want to "register" you site with major search engines. There are many companies that provide this service for a small charge. Just do an internet search.
Can I have my own CGI's on your servers?
Yes, of course. Your server comes with its own CGI directory, entitled "cgi-bin". Place your CGI programs in this directory. If you are reselling your server by means of subhosts, you should be careful about providing this same ability to your customers.
Do your servers support Java?
They do indeed! Both Java and Javascript. Correctly written and loaded applets and scripts should work fine.
Do you support Real Audio?
You and your customers can download RealAudio without difficulty. But we do not provide streaming RealAudio on our servers.
